PS4 + early access, clarification

I did the upgrade on the MOG station but when I log into FFARR on my ps4 I can't find my character data anywhere. My onlyoption to pick a data center and start a new ccharacter. Does anyone know what may be wrong here?

each of the servers is sorted under data centre so just look through all the data centres or check http://www.arrstatus.com/ for list of servers in which data centre whichever easiest

I had and STILL have no clue what data center I'm in I just selected each one until I seen my server in the sublist. I was in a rush.
