I think they just have multiple accounts active for different advertising purposes. Some are parked in crowded areas (market boards, Mor Dhona, etc) to advertise to anyone that is within the zone/target range. Some will collect data off of generic searches. Maybe other accounts are active as backup advertisers and name collecting. Either way, frequency increases if you stay in a town it seems.
