We're a relatively new Free Company currently looking for more players to field additional Bind Coil of Bahamut groups. Our hope is to get three or four going in order to self-field any potential 24 man raids in the future.

A hopeful applicant should be a fairly good player with good attendance and attitude. "Elite playing ability" isn't required, merely that you're informed about your job and are open to any suggestions or changes. Someone that's interested in raiding with a virtually low-drama environment, having fun, and succeeding with a tight-knit group of people would fit in perfectly. Anyone with decent abilities can be coached if they're willing to learn, and our experience in the past has always shown this to be true.
