Nowhere in that link does it say you can transfer to PS4 then rebuy PS3. It says that to play on both versions you must buy the PS4 version. That makes sense because the PS3 version is really cheap like $9.99 or less because its been out for awhile. Their account system could be set up to only let you enter one PS3 key and if you transferred it to PS4 then you can't enter another. Personally I don't know a rep would know better.

Therefore, vice-versa if you transfer you can purchase a Playstation 3 version (again) and apply it to your account, so yes it does.

You can't assume the opposite is true though especially after you already entered a PS3 code and upgraded it to PS4. If you remember back when ARR came out people had to buy the PS3 version of the game to get collectors edition bonuses if they didn't want to do the digital upgrade because they couldn't buy the PC version CE and enter the code because SE system wouldn't allow them to enter another PC code.

The same thing could apply here, the mogstation site could see well you already entered a PS3 code before you aren't allowed to registered another one. This is probably due to the fact that if someone found a bunch of PS3 copies really cheap they could keep stacking the free 30 days on the account.

Due to the fact is says to play on both systems you must buy the PS4 version. Not you can upgrade to PS4 then buy another PS3 version to play on PS3 again.

If you do the upgrade, you will need to purchase another copy of the PS3 game to add that license back to your account, but it can be done.

There has been no confirmation on weather you can or not rebuy PS3 only a rep can answer this or someone can test it out once the 11th hits. As for why you want to go back, to get the platinum trophy maybe.

Here is the real question: Once we upgrade on the 11th, which is the first day it says we can upgrade, and is also the first day of PS4 pre-order 3 day early access, will we be able to start playing right away with the early access people?
