There is a new post on the Lodestone regarding the launch of the PS4 version. One of the bullets says to begin the process of upgrading from the PS3 version through the Mog Station now. I went there and could not find any mention of upgrading. Am I missing something or was this announcement premature? Any help would be appreciated.

Second question. are those upgrading eligible for Early Access on the 11th or is it for pre-orders strictly?
