unable to play early access:server is closed for maintenance?

Hey guys, this thread is actually pretty close to a question I've been wanting to ask myself but I don't want to create a new thread. I'm a PS3 sub trying to upgrade to PS4.

How do I upgrade from PS3 to PS4? During Beta Phase 2 I saw the box at the bottom right of the client to upgrade but I couldn't as I hadn't uploaded my char info from my PS3. So I logged into my PS3 version and uploaded my char and now I wanna upgrade to the PS4 version as soon as the client goes live but I'm stuck.

In this news update SE detail everything about FF14's launch incl how to upgrade, but that is on Mogstation?

Thing is, when I go to Mogstation I cannot figure out how to upgrade to the PS4 version at all . When I log into my PS4 version the whole client is down for maintenance but I've seen others say that their client has been patched for Early Access (I have not had such a patch).

Just login to the mogstation on your browser, and there's a HUGE button that says "Playstation 4 Upgrade" on your account services page. Hard to miss it

On the client on the PS3/PS4, the button in the bottom right, that's only to transfer macros and settings. Not your account.

Yeah...but it only appeared at 9am...not 8am...so for an hour we were all crying! lol

I'm at work in a completely different timezone so I wasn't paying attention to when it was supposed to be up. Must've logged in at just the right time lol
