ex primes and up are the only things i can see people really worrying about i80+ gear. but i will give someone a chance with i75+ gear. we have echo for ex primals and coil now. so as long as they know what they are doing and can hold their own. i dont mind. If we have to baby them and they jumped in without any form of reasearch, holding that they are new and just winging it, and cannot play their job effectively, then they are just hurting the team itself.

also, if you are complaining about gear, you can go from fresh 50 to equipped with a zenith in less than a day... you can get carried all the way through the questline due to people completing trial roulette just for extra myths. Also myths are very easy to get even for a fresh 50. the roulettes give you a chunk and you just run wp/ak till you have gear drops or myth to upgrade.

if people are leaving wp/ak due to your gear, as long as it is i50 average, then they can just eat the timer. if its due to not knowing how to play the job, that is a different matter....

also all atma does is turn your zenith into a different color, lose glow, increase item level, and change the name... no stats are changed what so ever... You have to use 1500 myth every time to get a book to farm to increase 1 stat 1-2 pts... if you are worried about that and not your gear (as you are claiming), then you have your priorities in the wrong place. people downed t9 with a zenith. teams have downed hm's/ex's/t1-5 with ~i70-i90 PRE echo...

worry about using your myth and soldery on your gear. learning to play your job at the optimal level, and learning/reaserching content before you worry about your atma
