Community Ignored about Atma?

Why is the community being ignored about the ATMA drop rates? There working as attended why not come out and say guys they work like we want? They just trying to sweep us under the rug? Whats going on? I getting Dajvu ... this is like Guildwars 2 All over again. There a reason I never buy another Arena.net product


up to 124 fates in North Shroud over 3 days no drop... getting extremely frustrated and tired.

I don't understand, at first, people complained that relics were way too easy to get and to power up, now everyone's complaining that it takes too long, not that it's too hard, but too long to get. If they're were easy to obtain then it would seem people would just farm them quickly, have nothing else to do and complain about that. It's a never ending cycle. I say just be happy with what we have.

If tirelessly hunting for atma isn't fun then just stop doing it and do something else. That's what surprises me about the volume of complaints it's receiving. Maybe it's just not designed to be something to can reliably grind through in a few days.

You can always do something else. Don't dedicate all your gaming time for Atma farming.

I just farm atmas when I'm waiting for DF queue.

People seem to gloss over the fact its not time consuming its random... its a lotto... LOTTO... Grinding takes time killing mobs takes time gearing takes time... Getting Atma is all about rolling the dice and getting that 12... no amount of skill or patients or anything else we can contribute to will fix the dice... People don't seem to realize there are people out there that could grind 24-7 365 days a year and still never get there atma. Why because the system is a dice game.

Still does not explain the fact why I a paying customer and being ignored by the company I was paying... I take my money and go else where. I know you dont care now but in another 5-6 months. When more paying customers get tired of this + the laggy servers... then the entire community will start to care and it will be to late.

It would have been better if it was more entertaining like what they did with Hildebrand than this FATE grinding. It makes me think that SE is a bit sadistic about enforcing FATEs on players.

First, I agree with Hotroderx - I dont understand why we don´t get any Developers Response to this... this topic ist hot like chilipeppers, countless threads are opening, in german forums, community managers beg not to open anymore, but no response by the team on the topic itself...

And THAT´s the issue here, not only on this but many topics, like the ongoing lags,... We get fed with Stuff like who won a necklace, or which new menu button we get, but to unpleasant topics, the developers seem to hide -> it´s like putting your car for repair and the mechanic doesn´t call you for weeks, when you suppose that changing oil should be done in one day... You would not accept that in any way as paying customer.

So this is the point, nothing else...

I either don´t understand why everybody always jumps on the "don´t cry on ATMA" train when such thing pops up, ignoring the main reason here. No one want´s to discuss about ATMA and the need for it, the opinions are made clear about a hundred times, everyone not moving a single inch away from his own (like in eeeeevery Forum..)

Like the OP said, when Dev´s say "we are fine with how the drops work, deal with it" --- OK, got it... but please, say at least something..

This is flat out ignoring the fact that a good portion of the posts in this "hot topic" are people countering saying it's fine where it is. And they're right.

Some of the people on this forum are exactly whats wrong with the world as a hole. "Everything is fine" until its what I want then its not ok. I see mixed opinions I say its most likey 75% upset 20% saying deal with it and 5% saying deal with or leave. None of this is ok for the game. Its all extremely unhealthy we all need each other at the end of the day. People leave the game lets say 2 or 3k people world wide leave... Thats a hit to the player base. Next month they release something else and another few 1k people leave. Slowly the numbers drop SE drops support and moves on. This is why as a community we need to ban together instead of looking after just our own interest.

I finshed my Atma and thats still my opinion its broken and a unfair system.
