lol there is a typo in my statement earlier i just noticed it due to your reply posta say so what do you say to people who arent running coil turn 7 not are running coil turn 7 was in a hurry so i could sit and watch Hannibal with my wife sorry for the confusion

and what is and what isnt needed for coil wasnt the topic the topic is about the atma and the atmas bad drop rate and locking players out of content due to it is what i have been taking about not every player raids not every player runs ex mode primals and that is what the relic is for those players and yes they do need it cause the community has made it that way ask anyone online at some point someone has seen people just leave a instance in a pug due to someone in the party not having x item level gear x hp x weapon and it is a problem that has been growing alot so to put rng your effectivly excluding players from future content cause they wont be able to compete as there will be players who have absolutly no luck or players who may only be able to play for an a few hrs a week they should have the same chance to progress through content as everyone else take raiding for example every boss drops loot so everyone has a chance off each boss to get loot and 1 out of 8 chance of you getting loot thats pretty good odds that someone will get something compaired to 30-40 hrs and not a single piece of loot drop ie atma

What content are you, a Zenith weapon wielder, locked out of? Turn 7? No. Main Story? No. Then, what?

And please don't say that atma-animus counts as 'content', it is just as grindy as atmas, with a list of stuff to kill, instead of an-open-ended fate free-for-all.

Well for the sake of completion there is always the PvP i100s but I doubt anyone complaining about the time commitment of atmas is realistically going to commit to that. Players have already downed T9 less than 4 weeks into 2.2. With full solidarity gear and an i95 weapon there certainly would not be any content you would be under geared for. If you want raid gear, then raid. If not you get atmas.

really mate you dont use pvp gear in pve just like using pve gear in pvp it just dont work your losing stats on pvp gear just to put pvp deffence on said gear where pve gear in pvp lacks the abbilily to pack the punch in pvp let alone deffence against players abbilities

By that logic, everything after the main quest is just killing things for the sake of it.

in a pug, a good tank, heck most tanks, can hold hate from a 10 ilvl wep difference dps...besides, its also the dps job to make sure to not over take the tank anyways. Also in most content, there are objectives that the dps have to help complete that makes them stop anyways. during those times the tank is consistently building hate.

if you are zerging something, you better make sure the healer can do what you want, otherwise normal play the healer should be fine as long as they arent really under geared. If they are meeting just the minimal requirements, then they should think about doing it at a later date.

and no, in a few months, we will see coil at max echo and people farming t5 weps and levi will eventually get echo too, then the 2nd coil will start its echo progress, so i dont see any problem for future content. So players who are casual, not raiding the newest content, and refuse to try and get into or form a static will be fine progressing slowly behind the people who are "harecore" or who are working hard to get into groups that will do the progression stuff.

They do not NEED animus to complete any current content, all it does is help it become easier. If they dont want to raid or dont want to do ex's or just do not have the time, then the point of animus is just for vanity and then they should be fine slowly working for it still.

Primal drops didnt get fixed, its still the same thing. just added the shields due to the fact tanks/whms needed 2 mirrors instead of the other classes. It still has to drop.

Also, zenith got nerfed. how about waiting till later when atma will probably eventually get a nerf in some way. besides, like you said, if they dont have time or dont want to do raids/ex's they dont have an immediate need for it anyways.

What are those players trying to progress towards? to do endgame content with max echo while being overgeared? your worries arent really worries but just trying to make current content easier to obtain and to force the speed that makes older content obsolete
