Pugilist R30 Class Quest: Here There be Pirates

Heya!

There's an issue I've experienced today in a Class Quest.

Platform: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
ISP: Swisscom
Internet Connection Speed: 20Mbps (download: 2MB, upload: 100kb)
Date & Time: 10.07.2011 21:55 GMT+2
Frequency: Once
Character Name: Renshi Hyatsuki
Race: Miqo'te
World: Mysidia
Class/Skill Rank: Pugilist, Rank 30
Physical Level: 50
Party or Solo: Solo
Steps:

1. Accept the quest,
2. Go to Limsa Lominsa into the Astalicia talking with the Commander,
3. Go into the Limsa Lominsan Adventurer's Guild talking with the Innkeeper,
4. Go to the Southern Islands and into the Sailor's Wards (or something),
5. Go downstairs and be bound on duty,
6. Kill the Krakens and check the chests they drop.

After these steps I obtain a Bronze Kraken Key, but I couldn't do anything but running in circles and find a way out of the istance. I've tried to go to the door, but it ain't opening and there's no (!) sign when I approach any object in the room. The only way I can exit from the instance is by porting back to Limsa Lominsa.

Follow-up:

Previously I've done like this: Kill everybody, then steal the loots, and that happened.

When I re-entered the instance, I've done like this: Fight one, collect one box, then fight another, take its box and so on.
The effect is: While I was fighting another one, my character passed to Passive mode and the enemy too. Then the screen fades out and there's the cutscene where Renshi goes away like a boss.
I would suggest to give it a check, because when the quest was done I was raising my hands and say "...eh!?"

Thank you for taking the time to report this concern to us, it is appreciated! That does seem like a pretty odd reaction for a quest. Also, its quite frustrating being unable to leave an area and being forced to Teleport out! I will go ahead and submit this report to be reviewed for you!
