First i would like to apologize if this comes across as an angry message, however i have been locked out from my account twice now within the last month using the one time password for my phone.

The app resets itself and askes me to re-enter all on my information to get my one time pass to work again. However you cannot do that this as it is already setup on my account.

To add insult to injury the removal code i was given on my account does not work as i have tried it several times.

Now to the angry part. I could understand it happening once, and i did understand and spoke to the live help during the day to get it sorted, but twice within a month??

A few of my FC members have had the same problem and its quite clearly your app that is the problem. Please any information other than use the Live help to get it sorted would be appreciated.
