Tabbing through menus: How?

I feel like a dunce asking this, but I just can't figure it out. How do I tab- without mouse clicking- through paged menus, like the multiple pages on mine/my retainer's inventory, or when turning in Grand Company provisions? I prefer to use keyboard for all input, and having to go to the mouse to click through pages is annoying. I feel like I've tried all the obvious keystrokes. What am I missing? Help please!

Don't know the keyboard short cut but you can bind them. to something like [ ] or QE.
This is L an R on a game pad.

Thank you! I should have thought to look in keybinds. Turns out the default for keyboard is NUM 7 and NUM 9 to page back and forth.
