Do PS3 Collectors Edition include the same items as PS4 Collectors Edition?

Yes, the only new items included are the Wind-up Moogle minion and the Fat Chocobo mount, both of which those who already own the PS3/PC Collector's Editions (and the 1.0 Collector's Edition too for that matter), have those items automatically added to their accounts.

In fact, this seems like it's already been done - I checked my account in the Mogstation yesterday and it now lists the Moogle Minion and Fat Chocobo mount in the list of 'other options' on the account, so if you already have the existing Collector's Edition, don't worry - you don't have to do anything more.

For in-game items, I know they get the same things. What about the physical items (art book, soundtrack, movie disc, etc)? Are those the same in the PS4 version as what was in the PS3 CE as well?

(I just got the digital CE upgrade, but didn't get any of the in-box CE bonuses, so I'm not sure what all it had at launch.)

From what this page shows, yes, the physical items in the PS4 CE are identical to the PS3/PC CE, literally the only difference is the PS4 logo on the box and the two bonus in-game items already mentioned.

The PS4 CE on the SE site does come with a fabric poster!!! Which is why I bought it, i'm a sucker for posters
