War of the Lions <<Lion>> Recruiting

War of the Lions is recruiting exceptional players for progression through 2.2 and beyond. We're a T6 clearing FC with an emphasis on Teamwork and Communication. Mumble is required for raids, and so is a good attitude. Elitist behavior will not be tolerated, and greed will get you kicked. All in all, we want everyone to have a good time, get along with each other, and down all content in the process. Our priority is to the players just as much as the content. Do NOT join if you can't take constructive criticism, or a joke without getting offended.

Friends are more then welcome to join the FC for a sense of community, as we pride ourselves on having a great, and respectful player base. However they'd have to find their own coil group, since we generally don't like having to manage more than 3-4 groups in the FC. We're also in the process of saving up for a house in Gridania or Ul'dah, so putting 5-10% of all gil earned into the bank is highly appreciated (Currently at 10+ mil.)

We're currently in need of Nothing, however all roles will be accepted into the FC if you show promise though. We consider everyone as long as they're positive, helpful, and skilled.

Just wondering if you guys were still looking for new members. My friend and I are currently looking for a new FC focused on downing end-game progression content.

He has an i90 SCH, i83 BLM, and I82 PLD.
I have an i90 BRD and i90 WHM. (different toons). Plus I have all gathers/crafts at 50 except for BSM/ARM.

Feel free to whisper Gallifrey Farrell, Schala Farrell, or Samalf Thegrey in game. Been trying to catch Saya or Jetan online but so far unsuccessful.

We're not big fans of taking people in as a package deal. Speaking from past experiences, it just makes it needlessly difficult to place them in groups. Currently we're only managing 2-3 groups, so if we recruit someone, then its just to replace an empty slot, not form an entirely new team. If you and your friend are fine with the idea of being put in different groups if necessary, then reply to this post with a good time to reach you in-game so we can talk. Thanks.

Understandable. Neither of us would have an issue being in different groups, so long as the groups are progressing through content and focusing on getting things done. Lack of motivation, inconsistent attendance, and a overall stagnation is what made us look for a new FC. I should be on a good bit tonight (3/21).
