Graphics Stutter in Full Screen

Since around Patch 2.16 (or whichever patch occurred around the release of the initial PS4 beta) I have had graphics stuttering when running the game in Full Screen. This occurs when the game is at a stable 60 frames per second.

The game seems to run smoother in border-less windowed mode. However, after maybe 10-15 minutes the game will start to stutter in windowed (a pulsating stutter every second). Only way to fix this is to switch windowed->full screen->windowed.

My specifications are:

CPU: i7-4770k
GPU: GTX770 (using latest stable Nvidia drivers)
RAM: 16GB DDR3
OS: Windows 8
