[DEV] Make instanced/ non instanced events, Class and jobs should have more roles.

The last thing the game need is a need of a certain specific class just to do something, it would create long LFP time. Of course i am not against it, it can be for sidequests but i am not feeling it for main content such as dungeons or raids.

all calsses could do something in an event like this
