If you use a one tank method, can PLD hallowed ground to avoid disseminate from snakes or does the debuff still apply?

I don't get the mitigation of Death Sentence being an issue, I have a friend who is i90 PLD who would get hit for 5k+ from Death Sentence/Plummet back-to-back, but when it happened to me, I only saw a drop of around 3k, and i was only i83 at the time. Was I just really lucky?
No, your healers were just doing their jobs and stoneskine + Adloqium you and time their heal to land right after Death Sentence. i83 or i90 it doesn't add much defense so damage is relatively the same. Death Sentence/Plummet/Auto-attack can do a lot of damage if all queued up at once.I don't get the mitigation of Death Sentence being an issue, I have a friend who is i90 PLD who would get hit for 5k+ from Death Sentence/Plummet back-to-back, but when it happened to me, I only saw a drop of around 3k, and i was only i83 at the time. If you get a crit Adloquiem and a Stoneskin, it's even fairly possible to take 0 damage from Death Sentence at all, as a Paladin.I don't get the mitigation of Death Sentence being an issue, I have a friend who is i90 PLD who would get hit for 5k+ from Death Sentence/Plummet back-to-back, but when it happened to me, I only saw a drop of around 3k, and i was only i83 at the time. You can do it on a WAR, and it's easier, in fact, since you'll always have the equivalent of Rampart up for DSs and can easily have at least 1 other CD up for every DS as well.
Only reason we switched it was because the lack of stuns on Dreadknights, plus it's more reliable to have a PLD doing stuns on Dreadknights anyways.
In "Dream Team" composition, Yes, WAR should be MT, coz PLD's stunlock will be needed later.
But in double PLD case it will be completely different.
Let me tell u the difference :
WAR can pop inner beast for every single Death Sentence with only 1 sec activation time.
PLD can also do the same, but u will need much more effort. Pop Stoneskin + one defensive buff right before the Death Sentence. The problem is, Stoneskin needs 3 sec activation time.
So, this is how I managed this :
The range between each Death Sentence is about 27 sec (or 3 skills, including plummet, twister, chain liquid hell)
Use Stoneskin 3 sec before (u don't need to care about your aggro), better if u did this before 3 sec before Death Sentence coz if u failed (or got interrupted) u can cast it again.
My rotation of defensive buffs :
Rampart - Foresight - Bulwark - Sentinel - Convalescence + Fight or Flight + Bloodbath
Right timing for Mercy Stroke on Conflag/Dread can save your life too![]()
The WAR is just as capable of burning one of their CDs to go along with IB every single time as well. In fact, because of the lower CDs on the WAR CDs, a WAR actually has more leeway in its CD use because those CDs are going to come back up sooner.WAR can pop inner beast for every single Death Sentence with only 1 sec activation time.

What do you guys do about the initial death sentence? I can get timing down afterwards but I always get smacked real good first death sentence and trying to position you're doing a lot in the meantime. Would I cast a vengeance to take some heat or just go with an inner beast after first rotation?
