PS4 early access

Will I yet early access for the ps4 if I already own the playstation 3 preorder and the PC collectors edition? I had early access on ps3 because of the preorder and was told I would get all the ps4 collector edition items because I have PC collectors edition all registered to the same account. I really don't want to buy ps4 version since it's allowing ps3 transfer to ps4 but I want early access. So that's my question will I get early access for ps4 or does that require me to buy the ps4 version when I already own the other two.

You can upgrade your PS3 version to the PS4 version on the 11th, you will lose the ability to play on the PS3 however (but its free). All your game items are registered to your SE account, not the system you're playing on (you always retain items regardless of how many times you change your system.)

I am a little confused about the early access. Why does it say from the 11th to the 13th? Can we only play from the 11th to the 13th and have to go back to the ps3 until the 22nd?

Huh? The official release date is the 14th. Early Access gives you 3 days early 11th-13th. Don't know where you got the 22nd from.

Without actually being able to click that link (at work), if it's referring to server transfers, I'm going to assume it's in regards to character transfers. They didn't want transfers to the new servers until the economy had a chance to stabilize or something. But if that's not what that article is for, then I don't know.
