Now, admittedly she's little more than a throw-away NPC, there for maybe one or two quests and then completely forgotten. Thus, it's probably really easy to completely miss the fact that she's a Keeper of the Moon miqo'te using a Seeker of the Sun name.

Is this just a development error, or is there something more to this NPC that we haven't been shown yet?
