I picked a random name out of a baby names page way back in FFXI days and it sort of stuck. Come XIV I went back and looked up the meaning. It comes from "Cerise" which means "cherry", so I picked a last name that sort of matched. Rainiers are a variety of cherry. My other characters on a different server have the last name "Lambert" which is another kind of cherry.

My name is from Dragon age 2

'Bethany' is both Leandra's middle name and her daughters name and 'Amell' was Leandra's noble family surname

"Raxion" was the name of my character back in WoW when I played it. I just enjoy names ending in "-ion". "Gunsoul" is actually a one-word illustration showcasing my enjoyment of the anime "YuYu Hakusho".

If you've ever seen the anime, it'll make a lot more since. If you haven't, it was basically an anime about a guy who died saving a child from getting run over by a car. He then lingered as a spirit, fighting bad spirits and demons using a finger gun which he rightfully called "Spirit Gun".

My name came from Indecision, Frustration, and Necessity. It goes back to FFXI, back then my avatar's name ,Zoner, came quite effortless to me; I worked a long time at Autozone to which most employees referred to themselves as "Zoners." I've had the name for 12 years going and really couldn't imagine calling myself anything else.




I was accepted to join FFXIV 1.0 alpha, it was then my indecision on a new name lead me to pick a "temporary" silly name , Slapaho Pimpalot. The name stuck thro Alpha, Beta, and into release.



I truly had fun with the name Slapaho Pimpalot, but with the release of FFXIV Reborn SE had made the decision to make sure all names were "family friendly" and I quickly found myself in need of a new name, and fast!



Once again Indecision along with the need to make a split second choice lead me to choose the name "Last Order", that previous day I had spent watching To Aru Majutsu no Index and for some reason that name had stuck in my head. SE was kind enough to have given us 1.0 players an extra fantasia which I used to make my lala's appearance match it's new name.



I wasn't happy at first with the turn of events but over time I've come to really like my little lala!

My main is a monk named Ohka. Though I use a different spelling it is inspired by a character in .hack//Legend of the Twilight. It's also what inspired me to use the name divine fist. ;D

15 years ago I played an online text based RPG called Gemstone 3 (Now Gemstone 4). When I created my character then I opened up a dictionary sitting near the computer. Phenomenon was the first word I saw. I am a Sagittarius. I just kept the name because I liked it since that first online game. Yes, I know Sagittarius is spelled wrong in my character's name. Please don't judge :P
