Weird problems in city... Possible computer issue?

I have a GTX570 on my backup computer that does this on occasion. When it acts up, I have to turn off the computer, unplug the card from the motherboard, and plug it back in. It will then work great for 1-3 months. I used that card in my main computer for about a year while I saved up for my GTX770's, and never had an issue. The GTX570 was in the other computer for a year before it started acting up as well. I'm guessing the PCIe slot on the motherboard has become weak for some reason, but only enough to affect that specific card. I had a GTX285 in it while the GTX570 was in the new computer, and never had an issue.

Ive had a simmilar issue in the past with my brand new R9 280x, it used to be centered around a specific person, and when I quit looking at said person they would go away. Hasnt happened in a while though.

This happens very rarely to me, I thought it was a graphical bug of the game but looking at this thread, maybe not. It is very inconsistent in my experience, here are some examples of when they happened for me:

-happens sometimes if I am on a really awkward angle like the camera limit being near a wall
-happens sometimes when I'm looking down on my character and I pass by a higher roof
-when my camera coincides with the angle of sunlight (mainly sunsets)

This triangles/glitches vary in color for me, sometimes blue, sometimes orange and will flicker rapidly for 1-2 seconds.

Only happens in FFXIV though for some reason, and not within the plethora of games I play.

Yeah, it happens when I\\\\'m mainly in city\\\\'s I don\\\\'t notice it as Much when I\\\\'m out and about, though the could be from me focusing on fights. I\\\\'m going watch closely the next few days. See what else I see. As. For anything else, I\\\\'m buying a new gc just in case. And I\\\\'ll put that in next week and see if that fixes it and it keep it updated on here

Its not just you op, i've seen this happen in the shagahin area evers since the 2.2 patch happened.
I would see weird yellow outlines/ rigid flickering of the coral or rocks. My eyes where like wtf when i first saw em.
But that's the only place i've seen it happen, everywhere else is ok.

Well, if I put the new. Card in and it doesn't stop, I'm going call SE out on it being something on their. Side.
