Collector's Edition DIGITAL In-game Items for Other users in same PS4

If I buy the Collector's Edition digital in my PSN US, but play on user with PSN BR on same PS4. I can receive in game itens and free month of collector's edition?

For exemple : I downloaded beta client in user with psn br but play in user with psn br.

The game needs to be purchased and an SE account set up for each user that's going to play it. If two people share the same PS4 but with different PSN accounts, then they need two copies of the game and two SE accounts.

You get the collector's edition items if the copy registered to your account is a CE copy. You get the "free" month (which isn't actually free, but is included in the price of the game purchase) for any copy registered to your account whether that's a collector's edition or not. Without a copy of the game registered to your account, you wouldn't even be able to log in, regardless of what someone else sharing the same machine has on their account.

No - all the registrations and ingame items are linked to the particular SE service account - no sharing of anything at all.
