    PS4 > USB keyboard disconnecting

    Hello,

    I know that PS4 client has not officially launched but... phase 2 client will be the client used for early access and full digital version of FFXIV on PS4.

    This has got me worried since both phases of BETA i experienced a horrible time playing using a 2.0 USB HP wired keyboard and also a R/F Logitech wireless keyboard.

    Every 5 seconds the PS4 will pull up a secondary window saying connection to USB keyboard is lost. Then would back you out of FFXIV to the SONY menu screen to re-connect the USB device.

    I searched all over for answers and so far SONY says it's not them. So is it FFXIV problem or my hardware? Anyone else having this problem ?

    I was using a Dell Keyboard and Razer Naga all weekend and I had now issues at all.

    Have you tried another keyboard? The other port maybe?
