Anyone know how to fix these bugs?

Oh and i have another character and he's level 3. i havent played much with him but i just signed into that character and his chat log works fine!

Then try moving the ffxiv user folder to your desktop (basically deleting and making a backup). It's somewhere in "c:\Users\'username'\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV\". Maybe deleting the config files is also necessary.

I got it to work! Thanks guys.. what i did was i went into my FFXIV folder on my computer went to users, then went clicked my character and i deleted the UI File and it made a new one when i started playing again
