    How can I level up?

I'm a little stuck i'm a level 11 archer and i need to get quest 4 started in gridania.. i know I need to be level 15 to start the quest but there are no more Battle Levequest (cause i finished them all) so now i can't level up fast. how am i suppose to get my level up by just killing animals? they give me like 34 xp. anyone know of any other place near gridania that sells Battle levequests? or does anyone know of a quick way to level up my archer?... Also my archer level is 11 and my physical level is only 8. Is that bad?

Well, levequests reset every 36 hours. You can check the reset time by typing in "/clock" without the quotes. You can then get another eight leves to complete. If you're killing mobs that only reward you with 34sp, you have to kill higher ranking mobs. Another way of leveling is signing up for behest every 30 minutes. This can also be checked by typing in /clock. Right now, the majority of players are in Ul'dah. I'd suggest getting to 15 or 16 before you are are ready to behest and travel to Camp Horizon which is located in Ul'dah.

It's just another way of leveling when you run out of levesquests. When you go to an Aetheryte, let's say at Camp Emerald Moss, there will be an NPC (Non Player Character) at that camp called Emerald Moss Battlewarden. You speak to that NPC to sign up for behest where you will be asked to kill several monsters that are causing trouble in the area. You can sign up every 30 minutes and at the end, you get rewarded with gil.

Do your guildleves, and then spam behest till you hit 23 and then try to join with people for 30 camps if you can, maybe try joining a linkshell which can grind out linkshells with you. You will be linking leves at this point, someone will initiate a leve, then you will touch aetheryte and choose "intiate leve link" or some crap to that effect, more links more sp till July 21st or whenever 1.18 comes out if its late.

If you can level up fast enough there's only a few camps with worthwhile leves to do past 30, and if you find experienced enough people in game they will inform you fast enough ^^

Methods of Leveling from most Sp to least SP:

    1) Group Leves: Doing Leve Quest with 6-8 people (extremely high sp/kill leading to high sp/hr with links, you will get around 30-35k hr doing this, near 50k at higher camps)
    2) Group Grind: Killing normal mobs fast for 150-400sp/kill (fast killing of mobs will net you around 25-40 k/hr depending on the level/camp/party makeup )
    3) Solo Leves: Soloing your leves (will get you around 18k/hr)
    4) Behest: Joining the battle wardens free leve quest basically (Great Sp until 24 then it is not that good anymore)
    5) Solo Grind: Solo killing normal mobs... horrible (This is a nightmare to do... use as a last resort)
    6) Quest: Like another mmo without the SP bonus (for now devs are adding it) (atm Quest are not designed for leveling, so this is the absolute worst. Designed for story line and what not)

Changing around next update though, so we will see what happens then.

I recommend getting into an active linkshell(Guild) that does things together so you can do #1 and #2 on my list easily.

This is one of the fastest game to level up in if you play with other people, it is one of the biggest nightmare grinds if you attempt to solo to cap. Not only that but getting some veteran advice will help you out immensely. This game takes awhile to figure out, having people mentor you more or less will make the game that much easier.
