    Secondary stats idea (as in 20% to cover on gloves as in 1.0)

    I was thinking that they could make the secondary system to were you learn the secondary stat from the item that has it and can have one "active" per slot. For example you get your AF pld gloves and they come with "20% cover" as a secondary trait, your AF+1 then comes with "awareness 10%". When you used them long enough you "learn" the secondary and can then use either bonus on gloves you get later on by activating them.

    The bonuses would have to be adequate and "minimal", also designed around the slot item in question, but this could be an interesting addition to the game without adding constant gear swapping to the mix.
    Could have it based around having the currently equipped active and "additional" ones active based in ilvl, this could result in balance issues though. additional ones would be of your choosing and "replace" the current one in slot. My reasoning around the Ilvl idea is for this systems relevance to increase as you progress farther along in content.

    note: I should probably call them special bonuses instead of secondary stats. XD

    i like this idea, however i would prefer it to be more like the Final Fantasy 9 version of it, where u equip an armor and learn the ability over time, being able to use the ability while the item is equiped or permenantly after a perior of time after fully spiritbonding the item.
