FC Woes

I've been having a problem with FCs in the game lately. Ultimatly it's more a comunity problem than any thing.

I constantly see players at the endgame levels that are compleatly intolerant of first time fighters and will quite, kick out, or berate the players they think are causing it just because the team didn't win the first time. Most have even made that part of a recruting statment on the PF that they will kick any one that makes them loose.

So how would I actually go about makeing a FC for new players? I'm legacy my self and have beaten just about every thing but the EX primals and HM Ultima but I want to help new players get settled more than cater to the "Experenced" players.

Any one have any tips on how to do that?

On a side not I have no IRL friends or family on here so the bigest problem is getting the charter for the FC.

Hey Kaiser. This is one reason why I will be creating a FC today. There is a lot of people like yourself and I who simply do not meet "end game experience requirement". Of course, we all have our reasons (I just re rolled since last year!) but it leaves a gap in the community which I am going to attempt to bridge.

Although my fc isn't like that at all.... we take in any and all new members.... but the pRoblem I see with establIshed fc's is... my fc has 3 constant statics ... and if we take in new members in one by one regardless their lvl or current status in game, they will feel left out due to the statics and no room for them atthe time being. Unless we get a recruit of a few members at once. Otherwise I would say form a fc of your own of like minded inDividuals that are around similar progression in game
