To all those asking what happens on Monday if you've not received your game with the activation code - hopefully SE will do the same they've did with the original game release on PC and PS3 last year when they gave all players with early access the "grace" period till Friday to activate the game / enter the code (effectivelly giving out extra 4 days of play) so lets hope this will be the same this time as well however unless confirmed here in foeum, on lodestone or official game page take this only as possibility based on the previous experience.
