Both the beta phases were available to download the Tuesday before they started. Since early access starts Friday the client should be on the store tomorrow evening when Sony updates the store. To ensure you redeemed the code, on your PS4, go to settings > PSN > Account Information > Services List. You should see Final Fantasy XIV: ARR Early Access.
