Link account or am I screwed?

For the beta I have my own square account obviously but missed where I link it to my PS4 or whatever.

I preordered the game and put in the code but theres a problem...

How do you link your ps4 to your square enix so it knows your character?

I know PS4 people who entered the code already can show it by going to settings>PSN>account info>Service list and it shows it.

Mine does not show it??? How do I do this or how do I know I can start my character I leveled in beta 2 right were I left off?

EDIT: you have to register your PS4 version code** to your sqaure enix account using the game code, not the FFXIV to the PS4 (your PS account needs to be registered to your sqaure-enix account however, which you have already done [if you played the beta])

Did play the beta, both of them but did not register it. I got the early access code from preordering at amazon.

You have to register your account, not the system, if you were in the beta, you have already done all of this.

You'll be able to register the code on the 11th at the mogstation, but you shouldn't be able to do so yet . (I played the first beta for both systems, it happened like this both times, we dealt with a pre-order site as well that wasn't available til last minute also).

The thing is though that me and my friend both entered our codes in the PS store under Redeem code and it gave us full version/early access to the game.

His shows up in Service list. Has two instances says the beta and the ful; game.

Mine is not there so this worries me

It was confusing for PS3/PC beta pre-ordering too, they made everything available the last min, so I wouldn't worry about it just yet.

I appricate the help, really, but ive been saying we already did that.

We both put in codes in the store.

Under his services, it says he has the full game

Under my services, it says I dont

And what I've been saying is they have a tendency to make everything convoluted until the last min, so I wouldn't worry to much about it til the 11th. If you need any further assistance I'm afraid the only thing you can do is call customer service at Sqaure-Enix, Amazon and Sony (probably in that order).
