That doesn't make any sense. Free markets are best. If a seller and buyer agree on a price, you shouldn't try to stop the transaction because the price doesn't benefit you personally.
Its just a suggestion, SE doesnt have to have a 10% and 50% floor. But its a starting point to get a discussion going. If a buyer just ignorantly puts up items at extremely low prices then that ruins the economy. What they should do is look at the market board and compete with the other players, just don't drop the price to almost nothing. If someone is going to sell items for NPC value then go sell it to an NPC. The reason a buyer agrees to a sellers price this way is that they are taking advantage of ignorance.
