    Yep! You can access it in your Completed quests, under Side Story Quests. It's... a bit of a pain in the ass that it's hidden like that, but you should be able to find all the info there.

    Actually, last question- The ones that say Eastern Thanalen and western las n0sajgoisdgfnhuijnsd(sea area) does it matter which area since there are multiple of each or can I just get anywhere under their names(meaning can i get atmas in both instance areas that have same area name, but different map name).

    Does not matter...
    Just remember that the entry that says Central La Noscea means Middle La Noscea, and while one Thanalan is listed twice, one of them is really Central Shroud
