Missing PC Characters

Hi, so I played back around November on the PC, and got a character up to level 28, I was hoping to check it out during the beta, but It seems my character has completely disipeared. I can't seem to find it anywhere than on the lodestone, will it be back once the PS4 version is released? From what I've been reading, As long as I buy the PS4 version I should be able to use the same character on my PS4.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to playing it on my console instead of my small laptop, any help with this would be appreciated. But my main concern is the completely missing account as I had purchased the collectors edition on PC, thanks again in advance

Were you able to log in to Mogstations to check? Lodestone doesn't necessary show all characters, Mogstations is your more definite portal to check your account.

My experience is that Mogstation just as unreliable at times.

For example, when I came to check my renewal information a few weeks ago Mog showed NO characters, even though one has existed since 2011! At another time it didn't show a character that had existed for over a week, while another time saw older characters missing but newer ones there, in that case characters on one server were there (Phoenix) while those on another (Hyperion) were not.
