Atmas - Unfair for low level players

Hi, as someone who's new to the game, and played through lower level zones with 50's grinding for ATMA's, I'd like to ask SE to ignore the OP.

Yes, it's annoying when the mobs are killed faster than I can cast a DoT on them, even more annoying when you can tell that it's a 50 who doesn't know how to use the sync button.

However, it's not even been a week since the patch released.

I don't think the OP cares the least about lower level players, he commented about the drop rate; I believe that that is his problem.

I'm sorry, but it's pretty pathetic that I'm seeing so many people complaining about not being able to get one of the best weapons in the game in less than a week. Seriously, that's sad, and it's you people that ruin games.

Funniest part is, it isn't one of the best weapons in the game. It's one of the highest iLVL weapons, but the stats are pretty awful compared to i95-100 weapons. Otherwise, as other people said, you can make it what you want. Make a PT that also includes lower lvl players. Or don't FATE grind. You have leves, hunting log, challenge log, duty roulette, DF, quests, and other things to do while you wait like crafting.

You obviously have not read through the entire thread to read my points. There are always some gaps of leveling if you've reached to the point where you've done all of those and you haven't reached 10s/20s/30s/40s/50s to do new hunting logs/challenge/dungeon/leves etc.

I have almost all of my jobs at 50 and I don't agree with you at all. Dungeons will always be there. FATEs are a go in-between if anything. Ever since DR was introduced, I have gotten a job to 50 in about a month doing almost exclusively those (and daily beast quests once I got to the necessary level) with only about 1-2hours of playtime dedicated to lvling. If you are trying to get a job to 50 in a week, I suppose the times you mention would be an issue.

Also, I know it wasn't a response to me, but don't say Balmung is an elitist server. I've been on it since 1.0 and have met plenty of people who aren't compared to those that are.

Most players play casually to understand that it is possible to do your methods to hit 50 in a month. However most players take it a bit seriously or play throughly in a week to experience all the content in a week, so it is a player's choice on what they do. But I've experienced what people said to me and I am just throwing my thread in here to share their complaints and rude words to me. I wasn't upset but I did understand where they were coming from.

Also Balmung is technically an elitist server even though there are many denials. It's in one of the top 5 servers that has been labeled that way because of how people treat other players regarding gears and trying to do simple runs. Do you really need ilvl 90+ to do Coil Turn 1-2 enrage? No. You don't.

This is the same on many servers, and is also more rare than you'd like to believe. I have seen way more minimum ilvl, or "just know the mechanics" runs every day compared to those that are how you described. They just fill up quickly so you don't always catch them. If you don't like it, make your own with your own requirements. I do it all the time.
