Thread: Patch 2.2 Server Lag

I tried playing this game again for the first few days of patch 2.2 and had massive delays on abilities of 1-3 seconds. I also noticed people disappearing and re-appearing in dungeons. Does anyone know if they have resolved these issues on the servers yet?

I know they havent, played Garuda earlier and it took me 10 mins to load in then all I saw was Garuda floating there, one party member dead and the other hovering. I had to reboot the game. Redonkulous.

wow, didn't the patch come out over a week ago? Do you think its because they had a influx of new/returning players? Or perhaps they screwed up their architecture in the patch 2.2 changes....

Mm who knows but I am not goin to get angry about it..I know how much work goes into such things and I know they will fix it ASAP.

Yeah I work on a server and client software for a large mobile messaging application so I know its a lot of work haha. Still for some reason I expect better of SE :/ I'll try to play again in a few days and see if the lag is any better.

Happened mostly in 4 man dungeons, always see my party mates appearing in front of me this sec then the next second they were far ahead of me already. 8 man doesn't seem to have such issue, except once in Levi EX I was the only person on the platform, I don't see others, and all others saw each other except me LOL.

Restarted client and I was with everyone again. As if I was teleported into another dimension earlier lmao.
