Need Something Different Than PF for Raid Content

Well. The PF can't stay the same forever I like this idea and should be the next enchantment to PF.

Initially I thought it was going to be able to do this from the jump but it has a timer.

They can make a "Party Finder Board" where you can post and review all the applicants and they can get a mail or notification that they have been accepted.

If you put a PF up now you might not get all the like minded people you were searching for, whether they doing something else or haven't logged on. Its been times you wanted to do something but maybe felt you weren't ready. This way the one who posted can set time and req giving you time to prep and something to look forward too. Works for if you have a static or not.

That's what I mean. Plus, people keep mentioning that "most people who are serious about end-game have a static...", but that is nonsense. Capable players of course look long and hard for groups that meet their time constraints, but sometimes there just aren't any. Or the one static that did ends up dissolving or gets filled. The vast majority of capable players do not have time to be raid leaders due to the work involved in organizing the team. The board idea at least lets these people find one another and get into the content.

Sooo, basically make it completely impossible for anyone who hasn't done content in the first week to get into a party.

Even people making parties to learn content would get tempted to fill with experienced players over new players. We would basically need all new players to make their own parties.

If only every player from different servers could teleport to a specific map and meet up and then decide to run dungeons or etc... just a random thought but ya never know.

Bump because I love this idea. My sever board is not active for the most part(besides FC advertising)

I work 50+ hours a week and have a 3day weekend with good Friday coming up, this would had been perfect if I could had put up an early notice and been reviewing my applicants during the week.

Ya it's called networking , play with other people make connections and play with multitude of people so you can have lots of people to fill up groups or join into groups

Due to the level of challenge posed by raid level encounters, PF really isn't the right kind of tool. We need a tool that allows for planning out a raid ahead of time.

we have these things, they are called "Free Companies"
