ok so i had a a problem my isp reset my ip so i counldnt log on to my account but now i fixed that (changed password) but my problem is later to day i left my account logged in now when i came back from my break it said lost connection was lost now when i log in i got no toons or charecters i had three toons i just want one back how do i go by doing this and yes this is for pc and its on steam
