I've actually ran some of the camps listed (some of which are listed or going to listed in the guide). Usually the problem my parties run into is a shortage of mobs. My most recent party was raptors which is good sp but the pops are very spread out. Also I'm surprised you didn't receive more sp at Copperbell.

Staying on topic though....Grinding parties are good sp and I highly recommend them.
