    hrmm idk then lol. i remember being told do not get a retainer if you're lvling a class, do it for ones you already have at 50, this could be why.

    As I had said, it was level 18 when I purchased it. It is currently level 24 (possibly 23 but close to 24) The retainer cap is stuck at level 18 hehehe
