Please Consider Increasing Large House Item Count

Let me start by saying I have toured a few large house and they all feel very "empty." By empty I mean one of two way: 1) there are very detailed and thought provoking rooms with other areas largely empty. 2) Everything is so spread out internally that someone larger than a Roegadyn must live there and very bland.

Please take into consideration that each and every object takes up a count to the maximum of two hundred. Every lamp, painting, VASE, Ink & Pen, CHAIRS, and candle. These can be very small things but they are counted equally as a desk or armoire.
Take this Large House scenario into account. You have over 200 members, easily 30 to 40 online at peak hours each day. You purchase your house and decide to set up a meeting room, so all may gather physically, if it were, and roleplay the meeting while actually having the meeting! You would need at least 40 chairs. That is one fifth of you over count devoted to one room of the house, not to mention any sort of podium you may construct. Or maybe you just want a bar or a café in your basement? Tables and Chairs, but wait! what about flower vases to add a sense of nostalgia. (Place settings would be nice too....)

As you can see it is very easy for a large Free Company to eat up 200 items while trying to accommodate their members. And once you start adding in details, this can be consumed very quickly. I ask you to go and explore the housing and compare the space occupation of small to medium to large homes. You will notice the Large houses are lacking, as owners attempt to fill the space given with its 200 cap. Small homes allow for great detail and creative with its 100 item cap, while sustaining the appearance of a robust home.

I propose that item on large (and medium) house(s) be increase proportionally for the space given to the space and items allotted to a small house. Perhaps it could be divided between 200 furniture items and 100 decoration items (for example) and 50 Wall Partitions. Or smaller things like lamps and vases not count towards the 200 total, so only the larger furniture items would impact the 200 limit. I just feel like Large houses sacrifice robustness for space.

Great Idea! In the very least, Large Homes need some additional room for item placement. 100 for a Small House and 200 for a Large House just doesn't seem right. x3 the item space of a small house would be the bare minimum imo. Riixie's idea is solid and does seem even better than raising the space cap.

SE made a post a while back stating they are using the item limits on housing as a way to gauge the stress on the servers, in order to prepare for Individual player housing. after player housing comes out, I'm sure they will up the item limit for FC houses.
