My friend cannot play the game properly because her screen goes blank every few seconds. It's very frustrating. On occasion she starts to red ball but then recovers. We tried setting ffxiv to high priority (this was my issue) but it worked for only a few minutes, then back to crashing. This issue keeps getting put in resolved, but the solution that a few people suggested has not worked for her, thus for her, is not resolved. Her graphics card is GTX 670 series so I don't think it is a hardware issue. This never happened before patch 2.1. Suggestions or a way SE can resolute?
