is the outfit this kid is wearing in the main story quest craftable.. does anyone recognise it.. i wanna put it on my tank vanity set

It's an NPC, and looks like an important one, so no, their gear is specific to them to make them recognizable. The same way you can't dress as Minfilia or Merlwyb.

That costume is similar to the garlean clothing because of where the refugees are coming from. I can't check right now (at work) but you do get some garlean uniforms near the end of that story arc that you can use for vanity. But that outfit in particular likely is not available.

Sadly no.

Those cloths are for Far East people so we may not see them until Far East is released.


Also those cloths help them with their training and way of life since their home teaches them to be ninjas at a young age starting with the basic movement skill of being a Ninja how to walk and run on trees.
