Can't transfer PS3->PS4 character data (Error NP-13865-3)

Hello everyone!

I downloaded and updated the newest client (April 2nd release), and logged in successfully. I can select a data center etc to start fresh, but I want to import my PS3 data instead. When I choose the option, it gives me 5 seconds before giving me error NP-13865-3, and prompting me to quit and restart. Did that a thousand times over, no success.

Any way to resolve the issue? At the moment, I can't afford another game I have already because I've new ones on pre-order, plus I wanna play on the PS4 instead of PS3 for the increased performance. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone could help. Thanks!

These are the instructions from the Lodestone.

Players can now carry over configuration settings including hotbar and macro settings from the PlayStation®3 version. After starting the launcher, select "Transfer Character Data," then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

1. After starting the launcher on PlayStation®3, select "Transfer Character Data" and upload the character data.
2. Once the upload is completed, switch over to PlayStation®4 and log in with the Square Enix account that you use to play the PlayStation®3 version. Then select "Transfer Character Data" placed at bottom right side of the launcher and download the charcater data.

Ok first read the instructions carefully, I was having problems too but this is what you have to do. First go to your PS3 and start the game, login with your account but don't press play, instead go all the way to the lower right corner and select the "PS3 ->PS4." On the next screen select confirm and it will give you a message that the data was successfully transfered. Log out of the PS3 and go to your PS4 and do the same thing, login to the game but don't press play instead go the the lower right corner and select the "PS3->PS4" select confirm and all your data should be transferred.
