Cannot Target Flowers in Garden

Steps:
1. Teleport to my FC house (ward 1, plot 28)
2. Jump on top of house
3. Jump off house back onto plot of land
3. Unable to target ANY plants (either my FC house or others) with gamepad or mouse

NOTE: Jumping on top of house causes the plants to 'disappear' (un-render).
