Atma guide needed

hi guys! im trying to do the atma quest and im not sure where to go or how to do it really is there a post or anything that can show me the zones and that fates that rarely drop atma pls and ty.

Go to Journal > Completed > Side Story Quest > Up in Arms. Make sure your Zenith weapon is equipped, don't expect it to drop. 2.5%/3% drop rate. The fate has to be completed, doesn't matter if Gold or not.

The Typos is Maiden is in Central Shroud and Central La Noscea is Middle La Noscea.
