Happening to me as well

Gonna install it one more time then de frap ps4 again.
Then after that, I'll panic and start calling square like mad.

Ok, so my boyfriend had this issue all through the beta, and now that it's released, the same problem continues to occur. We did a rebuild, uninstalled, isolated the Ps4 with our internet connection so it was the only thing connected.... NOTHING! no change, it always crashes at about 26%. He even took it to another room hoping that would make a difference (don't see that helping at all). Has Square Enix said anything about this that anyone knows of? And if its the launcher, how the heck is that even fixed??
He is getting pissed, we paid for the service, and for whatever reason, no service is being rendered, so something's gotta give.
Pretty much banging our heads against the wall, here!!!!

yeah this is pretty annoying i have been getting the 20019 error since first beta so i have yet been able to play on the ps4 i contacted them and all they said to do was rebuild my database well i spent all last weekend trying it and it never work.

same as all of you, spoke to somone one on live chat , they was less than useless ,
i will be ringing them up and giving them a piece of my mind, aswell as contacting their head office,not played much of this game but like it,and now paying for service that dont work is taking the piss
