That does not matter, mine was wired too.
And I AM talking about the launcher.
Seriously, just try bringing your PS4 to someone's house.
Even better if they have a different ISP.
You've got nothing to loose and you could have this error well into the full launch of the game.
It's because this is NOT an error on square enix's end, it's a PS4 problem.

I've been getting error 20019 at around 25% since yesterday. Just tried for the first time today and I get the same error at the same time. Never had any problems during the first PS4 beta. Hoping it gets fixed or else I guess I have to cancel my pre-order.

I called my internet company and we opened a ton of ports and it still stopped at 6.5 on the launcher. The tech I talked with is sending me a new router. I even talked with Gamestop about the ps4 and the guy said he never had this issue with his nor from a customer. Now my PS4 has downloaded and installed the game fine it is the launcher I am having a problem with.

PS4 FFXIV Beta Download - System Error 20019
I'm attempting to download the FFXIV Online Beta, but when it begins to "update client" it goes so far before crashing (usually between 26% - 40%). I have deleted the app entirely, redownloaded, but it still occurs.

I contacted Sony and they said it was on Square Enix's side.

As mentioned, it's System Error 20019, which I can't find anything about. Eveyone else I have contacted about the download says theirs went through without issue.

I'm still having the issue too. System error 20019 at 26% every time. Wired and wireless.

I looked into database rebuilding and you can't. There is really no safe mode.

Rebuilding the database has not worked for me. I tried it during the first beta phase with no success, either.

Thanks. I just did it and the game is downloading. The install works. It has a problem with the the launcher. IMO it still sounds like a problem with SE. Because if a regular install works and it's at the launcher it's SE.
