    Your video card is several levels below the MINIMUM system requirements to run the game. HD 4770 series is the baseline for AMD. Your CPU ought to be adequate, especially if you don't have a high-end graphics card to work with it. More RAM wouldn't hurt either since you're on 64-bit (4GB usable is the minimum requirement since the O/S eats up more memory than it's 32-bit counterpart), but the GPU is completely out of line for running this game.
