No permission to view PS4 beta forums

This happened during phase 1 as well. Even though my account is registered for PS4 beta 2 (I logged on this morning, even). I can't view threads from the PS4 beta forums. So when I click on the top two dev tracker posts on the Forum Top page, I get a screen that says my account doesn't have permission to view the forum.

I don't even see a link in any of the forum lists that points to the PS4 beta forum.

I am having that same issue as well. I am getting the error
[4] [2147352480][8] and what is system error. I know my ps4 is good. Husband has been playing other games and able to download and install other games from the PSN network. I did do my transfer of data and then I went to start the game on the ps4 and I am getting system error 20019 and this other code [4] [2147352480][8]

so do you have to be registered for the ps4 beta for this? i just click on one of the dev posts on the and some of them tell me that i don't have permission. it also happened during the last beta phase and logging out and back in didn't change anything

Yeah, I'm in the PS4 beta. Been in since about an hour after phase two started. Logged out and back in. Still don't have permission to view those dev posts - let alone the forums.

Edit: apparently you need to specifically click the "log out" option on the permission denied message to properly clear the cookies. I'm able to view the posts now.
