Atma Fates and Timetables: Not a spot to complain

Convinced it doesn't exist even though people seem to have gotten it. I've been farming fates at least 4-5 hours a day from April 5 - April 11th & still haven't seen the thing.

I've been in Middle La Noscea since last Thursday doing 20 FATE a day, still no Ram... Others I lost track of to be honest.

Central Shroud: took around 7 hours to drop
East Shroud: A been trying for 4 days, 2 to 4 hours a day and nothing yet
North Shroud: took less than two hours to drop

my fastest were probably north shroud or central shroud, got them in a few fates
my longest were lower la noscea and western thanalan

I try not to FATE grind since it becomes tiring. When I learned that you need to do FATE again for getting ATMA weapon, I had to stop and waited.

So, I started yesterday and randomly picked where to go first. Since I was in East Shroud, that's where I started.

Central Shroud: Atma of the Maiden
East Shroud: Atma of the Goat - 1 hour
North Shroud: Atma of the Archer - 15 minutes

Southern Thanalan: Atma of the Scorpion -
Eastern Thanalan: Atma of the Bull - 2 hours
Western Thanalan: Atma of the Twins -
Central Thanalan: Atma of the Scales - (been in here for half a day and nothing, so I'm going to stop for today and maybe try next week)
